9/4/2020I was not asked to write this but I felt the need to write a review. My previous PM was horrible. No communication, lost money and they were horrible with communication. After doing some research, I found sensible home management. John, came to my house and I just got the feeling he was trust worthy and seem to have my best interest in mind. I was sooooo happy I switched to him. He calls or emails almost every month to give me updates on my home. I feel like he really does an amazing job finding the right tenants for my home. He makes sure the tenants I have will take great care of my home as if it was their own. Hire him! You will be pleasantly surprised on his work! I feel stress free about my rental property.
